LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police said a pedestrian died nearly a month after a west valley crash.

Police said the crash happened Sunday, March 9 at 10:30 a.m. at Charleston and Decatur boulevards. Evidence indicated the pedestrian, a 68-year-old woman, was crossing Charleston in a marked crosswalk.

The driver of a Cadillac SRX, a 81-year-old man, made a right turn to go west on Charleston but failed to yield to the woman. He also had a passenger. Police said the crash knocked her to the ground.
