LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A Las Vegas woman says she accepts full responsibility for a shooting and barricade in the west valley.

FOX5 obtained an arrest report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for Anujin Bayarbaatar. She faces charges of assault, battery, false statement to an officer and discharging a weapon.

On Nov. 18, officers responded to the 8900 block of Emerald Waters Court around 3:28 p.m. Police responded to reports of a woman shooting at a Mercedes in front of the residence.

When officers arrived, they found casings on the street and Bayarbaatar was already inside the residence. She was barricaded for about two and a half hours.

Before SWAT was about to enter the home, Bayarbaatar exited and was taken into custody.

Police started to interview her. She told police she drank all day was was intoxicated.

“She believed she was roofied,” the arrest report said.

She said she dated her boyfriend for nine months and they have a “toxic” relationship. She thought he was cheating on her.

During the argument, she started to fire a handgun in the air. She would also fire toward a Mercedes with her boyfriend inside. A bullet would strike his right arm.

The arrest report says she didn’t mean to harm anyone and that she takes full responsibility for her actions.

She also said she didn’t mean to hurt her boyfriend.

When police interviewed him, he told police he didn’t call 911, and that the holes in his vehicle were from rocks. He also said he wasn’t injured.

Police would canvass the area and find Ring doorbell footage across the street capturing the incident.

According to evidence at the scene, Bayarbaatar fired six rounds.

She has a status check on December 24 in Las Vegas Justice Court. She posted bond on Nov. 19.
