LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of trying to set a woman’s house on fire earlier this month faced a judge Wednesday morning.
This came after skipping his court appearance Tuesday. A judge will give him a public defender because he says he can’t afford an attorney.
Russ McLaren was arrested last week. Police say over the course of six months, he vandalized a woman’s home, set fire to the front porch, threw rocks at the windows and carried around jugs of gasoline.
