Man accused of taking over K worth of items from northwest Las Vegas business

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas Metro Police are searching for a man accused of taking items worth over $5,000 in the northwest valley.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said the suspect committed grand larceny on May 19 at a specialty store at Lake Mead Boulevard and Buffalo Drive. Police say he entered the businesses and took items worth over $5,000.

Police describe the suspect as a white man, about 40 to 50 years old, 6-feet tall and weighing around 220 pounds with a beard. Cameras captured him wearing a baseball-style hat, long-sleeve shirt, black sunglasses, a black sports watch, black shorts and shoes.
