LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A man was taken into custody after firing his gun inside a Henderson home Tuesday morning, police say.
Around 6:01 a.m., Henderson Police Department responded to a barricade the 500 block of Sebastian Avenue, near U.S. 95 and Greenway Road. A man told dispatchers that he believed “someone was in his house” and that he was armed.
After he refused to exit the house, crisis negotiators were called to the scene. The suspect was eventually taken into custody, and no other people were found inside the house.
No injuries were reported, though police added that the man fired his weapon twice while inside.
An investigation into this incident is ongoing.
