LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Nevada State Police have made an arrest following a multi-agency child exploitation investigation.
According to officials, on March 12, search warrants were conducted in Fernley, Sparks, and Reno, they say the investigation was part of the child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
NSP arrested Kyle Marcelino Landa was booked into the Washoe County Detention Center for violating probation conditions.
On March 19, Landa was booked on an additional felony charge for using visual images on the internet displaying sexual conduct of a person under 16 years old, according to NHP.
Officials report Electronic Storage Detection K9 Bandit and his handler assisted with the execution of the search warrant.
