LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A man is dead after arriving at a North Las Vegas hospital with gunshot wounds on Monday night, according to police.
North Las Vegas police received reports of an adult man who was dropped off at North Vista Hospital with gunshot wounds around 8:02 p.m. The victim was then transported to UMC Trauma, where he would later die.
NLVPD detectives determined that a shooting took place in the 4700 block of East Owens Avenue. Due to the homicide taking place in Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department took over the investigation.
