LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — North Las Vegas police are investigating a homicide after a shooting late Saturday night.
Police say officers with the North Las Vegas Police Department were called around 10:24 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026, to the 2600 block of Donna Street near Carey Avenue and I-15 for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found an adult man suffering from an apparent critical injury, according to NLVPD. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said the suspect left the area before officers got there.
Detectives and crime scene investigators responded and are working to determine what led up to the shooting.
The man’s identity, along with the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
