According to a Clark County Grand Jury, Jackson’s blood alcohol concentration at the time of the crash was .286, which is reportedly three times the legal limit.
The Plaintiffs ’ attorneys said in their closing statement that video evidence shows Scott doing everything she should and could have as a pedestrian, but was ultimately still struck by Jackson’s car. They also mentioned that Scott was days away from her High School graduation and about 50 days away from her 19th Birthday.
According to the Judge, Jackson will receive credit for 193 days he has served.
