LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The man seen in a viral video leaping onto a Las Vegas judge has been found guilty and sentenced.
Deobra Redden will be spending at least 26 to 65 years in prison.
Back in January, he jumped the bench and attacked Judge Mary Kay Holthus. This was during a sentencing for battery charges.
Deobra Redden was caught on courtroom cameras attacking a Las Vegas judge in a viral video.
In September, Redden pleaded guilty but mentally ill to an attempted murder charge on Holthus.
Judge Holthus was not present during the sentencing. However, she gave prosecutors with the State of Nevada a statement:
