LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a shooting in the central valley Monday morning.
Metro police responded to the 3600 block of Cambridge Street near Twain and Maryland Parkway just after 5:30 a.m. When patrol officers arrived, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds.
The man was transported to a nearby hospital with critical injuries, a Metro lieutenant said.
Detectives are on the scene, and Metro says they will take over the investigation.
No other details have been released at this time.
