LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Court documents obtained by FOX5 reveal the man who set a motorhome on fire and shot a woman inside had delusions that there were “spy cameras” in his bathroom.
On Feb. 20, around 9 p.m., William Hall, who is referred to as Bill, set a motorhome on fire that was parked in the front yard of the home, according to the arrest report.

Seven people were living in the home at the time of the incident.
Living inside were Chance Graham and his wife, his sister Krystal Graham, her husband, and their two kids, as well as their elderly mother and Bill Hall, the report detailed.
The arrest report says that while Chance was in the kitchen, he heard commotion in the backyard and went outside to discover Hall, armed with a gun, who fired one round in Chance’s direction. The bullet struck the home.
Chance and his wife called the police and helped their elderly mother out of the home, the report stated.
While trying to ensure all residents in the home were out safely, Chance found his sister, Krystal, who was suffering from a gunshot wound.

Krystal previously dated Hall, and they have a daughter who did not live at the residence. According to the arrest report, Hall believed the family was conspiring against him to take his money out of his bank account while he was unemployed.
Hall told detectives he thought the group was spying on him through hidden cameras placed in his bedroom and bathroom.
Hall reportedly smoked some meth before getting angry and committing the alleged crime. Hall told detectives he “snapped,” the arrest report stated.
Court documents reveal Hall is facing several felony charges, including open murder, attempted murder, arson in the first degree, and discharging a gun at or into an occupied structure.
Hall was set to appear in court on Tuesday, Feb. 24, but refused to appear, according to court documents.
