LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A large new retail and restaurant space could be coming to the Bellagio.

On Monday, Stacy Hamilton, Vice President of Public Relations for MGM Resorts International confirmed: “MGM Resorts submitted plans to the county last week for a new luxury retail, restaurant and entertainment destination adjacent to Bellagio along the Las Vegas Strip.”

Renderings for Bellagio’s “Project Mojave” on the Clark County website show several retail, restaurant and terrace spaces, as well as an infinity pool on the third floor of the proposed building.

The renderings also plan for a large led sign, a pedestrian bridge to the Cosmopolitan and another bridge to Planet Hollywood.

Hamilton said MGM Resorts is looking forward to sharing more details on the project in the coming weeks and months.
