LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Construction has reached a key milestone at Midtown Las Vegas as The Zlife Company begins foundation work on its mixed-use development in the Las Vegas Arts District.
Located at 989 S. 1st Street and led by developers Weina Zhang and Anna Olin, the project is advancing on schedule and is expected to significantly reshape downtown’s hospitality and residential landscape.
Midtown’s master plan is anchored by two towers, including The English Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Residence, which will add whole-ownership residences alongside the existing hotel with access to its amenities, according to the company. Plans also include Plaza Tower, an eight-story residential building with 90% of units already reserved.
Next steps include vertical construction for guest rooms, residences, lobbies, amenity decks, and future dining and entertainment venues.
