LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A 70-year-old man who went missing last week in Mohave County has been found dead, according to police.
Mohave County Sheriff’s Office shared an update on Sunday that Russell VanVleet of Littlefield, Ariz. was located dead. The Mohave County Medical Examiner is currently investigating the cause of his death.
VanVleet walked away from his home in the 3200 block of E. Old Pioneer Rd. on Tuesday, Feb. 11, according to MCSO. He was last seen walking towards a wash close by.
Police added that VanVleet was showing signs of dementia and did not drive.
