LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas Metro police are investigating a southwest Valley crash that left one motorcyclist dead.
According to LVMPD the crash occurred on Feb. 25 near El Capitan Way and Twain.
Officials reported a Harley Davidson was traveling south on El Capitan headed south toward Fawn Grove Drive. A GMC stopped at the traffic sign before they made a left turn onto El Capitan Way.
The driver of the car was identified as 27-year-old Nathan Nonog.
Police say Nonog collided with the motorcyclist causing the 24-year-old rider to be ejected off his bike.
The rider was taken to the hospital where he later died.
LVMPD says this marks the 31st traffic related death in 2025 so far.
