LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police is investigating a deadly crash in the southeast valley.
LVMPD responded to reports of a crash a little after 7 p.m. at the intersection of McLeod and Flamingo.
Police found the motorcyclist unresponsive, the individual died at the scene.
According to reports a sedan collided with the rider. The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with police.
Officials say impairment is not suspected at this time, but they would like to remind all drivers to slow down and obey speed limits.
“Speed is a main contributing factor in many of the fatal incidents throughout Las Vegas,” said Las Vegas Metro Police Department
The intersection of McLeod and Flamingo will remain closed in all directions.
