LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A motorcyclist is in critical condition following a crash in downtown Las Vegas on Saturday night.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the crash occurred on South Main Street and East Carson Avenue around 10:22 p.m. An initial investigation revealed that a 2016 Ford F-150 was traveling south on Main Street, while a 2023 Royal Enfield Hunter 350 motorcycle was traveling north.

The Ford turned left and entered the path of the approaching motorcycle, which struck the front of the truck before overturning and ejecting its rider.

Arriving medical crews transported the motorcyclist – identified as a 37-year-old man – to UMC Trauma in critical condition.

The Ford driver remained at the scene, and police say did not display signs of impairment.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
