LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — ‘Beauty 2 The Streetz’ founder and CEO Shirley Raines has died, according to a social media post by the non-profit.
Raines was greatly followed on social media and known by many as Ms. Shirley. She was supported by millions for her efforts to serve the homeless community across the Las Vegas and Los Angeles areas.
According to TMZ, Ms. Shirley was found dead in her Henderson home Tuesday night during a wellness check. TMZ spoke with her twin sister, who said she was found unresponsive next to her bed.

The family tells TMZ they are waiting for an autopsy report, but at this time, they do not believe a crime was committed.
“Through her tireless advocacy, deep compassion, and unwavering commitment, she used her powerful media platform to amplify the voices of those in need and to bring dignity, resources, and hope to some of the most underserved populations,” a statement from the nonprofit read.
