Nearly 2 years after Las Vegas woman’s death, FBI confirms suspect’s arrest

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The man who’s been the primary suspect in the murder of Tabatha Tozzi has now been captured, according to the FBI.

FOX5 is working to confirm where he was arrested.

Oswaldo Perez-Sanchez is accused of killing Tozzi back in 2023. He was her boyfriend at the time.

On April 22, 2023, Tabatha Tozzi was tragically shot in the head by her boyfriend, who remains at large.

Police say that after he allegedly shot her during an argument, he carjacked a witness and drove off. Perez-Sanchez wasn’t seen again until now.
