LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford announced changes to the state’s victim notification system.
The system allows people, including survivors and victims of crime, to stay informed about case and suspect custody updates.
The current system, called ‘VINE,’ will end next monday.
The new system ‘Nevada S.A.V.E. Notifications’ will go online immediately after.
Current VINE users will get a notice to change over to the new system this week.
