LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board has issued a public health bulletin about products possibly treated with pesticides.

According to the bulletin, an investigation revealed that the products were treated with the unapproved pesticide, Conserve SC. The products were determined to be harvested by Redwood Warehouse, LLC between September 21, 2023, and August 16, 2024.

However, officials also emphasize that sales, production, or testing facilities had any knowledge of the pesticide’s use.

The CCB advises consumers to avoid using the products, which may include cannabis flower, shake/trim, uninfused pre-rolls, infused edibles, infused flower, infused pre-rolls, or cannabis concentrates.
