LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo has signed Assembly Bill 4, revising provisions related to public safety.

Proponents say it addresses online and social media stalking and adds kidnapping to domestic violence charges.

The crime bill also targets smash-and-grab thieves and DUI offenders. Repeat offenders would be banned from entering the Las Vegas Strip for a period of time.
