LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A pedestrian has suffered severe injuries after getting hit by a car, police say.
According to Las Vegas Metro police the incident occured on Decatur Boulevard near the 215 westbound off-ramp.
The pedestrian struck was taken to the hospital.
Nevada Highway Patrol has taken over the investigation.
Officials say, drivers should expect road closures in the area as the investigation is ongoing.
