LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Nevada State Police say three people have been arrested in connection with a shooting during a street takeover near Interstate 15 and Apex late last year.

Troopers with the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol Division responded to reports of a street takeover on Dec. 6, 2025, in the area of I-15 and Apex. Troopers then heard multiple gunshots coming from a vehicle.

Troopers located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen and also noticed additional damage to the victim’s vehicle.

Troopers rendered aid and temporarily closed southbound lanes for public safety while securing the scene.

Detectives later identified a suspect vehicle and the people believed to be involved.

Search warrants were executed on April 9, with assistance from the North Las Vegas SWAT team and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Nevada State Police said Joseph Sedillo and Andrue Molina were taken into custody and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges related to the incident.

A third suspect, Stephen McNulty, was later detained and arrested, police said.

During the investigation, detectives also recovered a rifle believed to have been used in the shooting.

All three suspects were booked into the Clark County Detention Center. The investigation remains ongoing.
