LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Nevada State Police are investigating a deadly crash on I-15 that killed a pedestrian Saturday night.
According to troopers, the crash occurred around 11:33 p.m. on the Lake Mead Boulevard on-ramp to southbound I-15. An initial investigation revealed a vehicle struck a male pedestrian, who was transported to a local area hospital and later died.
Additional details about the crash were not immediately available.
The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with officers.
Eastbound lanes along Lake Mead Boulevard were briefly shut down to Losee Road, as well as the I-15 on-ramp, but both have since reopened.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
