LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Grand jury evidence obtained by FOX5 shows new video in the case of a device explosion outside a Las Vegas Strip restaurant.

FOX5 obtained grand jury evidence against John Navarro, Sarah Hernandez and Phillip Munoz Gonzales. The three were indicted for the alleged crimes on or around Nov. 13.

The explosion happened around 2 a.m. that day, police said. Two men, reportedly dressed in black, one riding a scooter, arrived at the restaurant. One placed what police described as an “improvised explosive device” near the restaurant.

According to police, detectives report that a small explosion happened at Piero’s near Convention Center Drive.

LVMPD initially identified one of the two suspects caught on surveillance video. Navarro, 35, was arrested the next day in connection to the incident. He later pleaded not guilty to six charges, including first-degree arson. His jury trial is expected to begin April 13.
