LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The North Las Vegas Fire Department is investigating a church fire they believe is suspicious.
Fire crews responded to the Tabernacle of Faith Church fire near Lake Mead and I-15 on Oct. 17 around 2:20 p.m.
According to reports, a fire was burning a wall inside the single-story church building. Units arrived at the scene to find light smoke coming from vents.
The fire was contained and did not further impact the building’s interior or attic space.
Officials say there were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. Officials believe the incident to be suspicious at this time.
