LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Nye County Sheriff’s Office is experiencing service disruptions due to a statewide security incident.

NCSO posted to their Facebook on Monday morning to share several services offered by their office were unavailable.

Officials listed the impacted services, which include:

  • Fingerprinting
  • Offender registration
  • Accident report requests
  • Public records requests

“During recovery, certain websites, online services, and office phone lines may be slow or briefly unavailable,” said the Nye County Sheriff’s Office in a post on Facebook.

The Sheriff’s office confirmed 911 emergency calls remain available statewide.

They say essential services will remain operational, but in person services are impacted while recovery efforts continue.
