LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – One person was injured Thursday morning after a mobile home caught fire in the east valley.
Clark County Fire Department received reports of a fire breaking out in the 5400 block of Ferrari Avenue, near Sahara and Nellis, around 9:36 a.m. Arriving firefighters identified that the mobile home, which was on fire, was backed against a house, and quickly worked to protect the residence.
The fire was extinguished around 9:44 a.m.
One person was evaluated for thermal burns and was transported to the hospital shortly after. No firefighters were injured during the incident.
The Red Cross was also called to the scene to provide services to three adults.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
