LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police are investigating a stabbing in downtown early Monday morning.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the stabbing occurred in the 1400 block of Fremont Street, near 15th Street, around 4:15 a.m.
A man suffering from stab wounds was located at the scene and transported to UMC Trauma, where he is currently in stable condition.
Detectives are on the scene, and an investigation is ongoing.
The intersection between Fremont Street and Ogden Avenue will remain closed until further notice. The public is advised to avoid the area.
