LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Metro is investigating a shooting inside a business on Monday near the Las Vegas Strip.
LVMPD says at 4:45 p.m. a male was shot inside a restaurant in the 3700 block of Paradise Road. The man was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Police say two people came into the restaurant when they approached the man already inside.
Police report that when the two people came inside, there was an exchange of words and that’s when one person pulled out a gun and shot the man. Metro said there were 6 or 7 people also inside the restaurant when the shooting took place.
Metro says they do not believe this crime is related to a robbery, but it is early in their investigation.
