LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The second suspect involved in the deadly shooting at a Pahrump family event last weekend will face a Las Vegas Justice Court judge Thursday morning.
18-year-old Carlos Blakely turned himself in to Metro earlier this week after hiding in Las Vegas.
In court, Judge Eric Goodman discussed Blakely’s extradition to Pahrump. Blakely spoke with a lawyer before being called by the judge.
As previously reported, he was arrested in connection with a shooting that left 22-year-old Joseph Perry dead.
The other suspect involved in the shooting, Anthony Aguilar, 18, appeared in court in Nye County Wednesday morning. The judge denied his bail, keeping him behind bars.
Aguilar is expected to return to Pahrump Justice Court next week.
