LAS VEGAS (FOX5) —A Metro Police investigation is underway after a crash sent one man to the hospital.
According to Metro, a pedestrian was hit Saturday shortly after 8:30 p.m. while crossing the road on East Owens Avenue and North Nellis Boulevard.
A man was walking in a marked crosswalk against a stop signal when he was hit by a Dodge Ram truck, per LVMPD.
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck remained on scene and police do not suspect impairment.
This is an ongoing investigation.
