LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A person is hospitalized after a suffering a leg injury in Gold Strike Canyon Sunday.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Search and Rescue team said AIR1 responded to the rescue operation. NPS rangers treated the leg injury.
Two search and rescue officers packaged the victim into a rescue basket and was extracted.
They were transferred to a ground ambulance and was taken to an area hospital.
