LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A person is in custody after a stolen vehicle pursuit Thursday afternoon, Las Vegas police say.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said officers located a stolen car near Sahara Avenue and Paradise Road just after 1:30 p.m. When police tried to stop it, the driver fled from officers.
Police said a pursuit started. It ended near Flamingo Road and Arville Street because of a crash with another car. No injuries were reported, and one person has been taken into custody.
Police ask the public to avoid the area as the investigation continues.
