LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police have arrested a suspect in connection with a deadly shooting from April 2023.
According to a police report, LVMPD dispatch received a report of a shooting on the 3400 block of Bella Lante Avenue on April 23, 2023. Responding officers found a woman suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Medical personnel responded and took the victim to UMC Trauma where she was pronounced dead. An investigation by the LVMPD Homicide Section indicated that the victim was walking when an unknown vehicle shot at her. The vehicle fled the scene before officers arrived.
Detectives identified 19-year-old Tyshean Tillman as a suspect in this case. He was taken into custody by the Criminal Apprehension Team on January 30 and booked into the Clark County Detention Center for six felony charges, including open murder with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit murder.
He has an appearance in Clark County Justice Court scheduled for Feb. 1.
