LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Henderson police are asking for your help finding a missing 21-year-old.
Richard Deloney was last seen in Henderson ten days ago, near Mountain Vista and Ramrod.
Since then, his family and friends have been unable to reach him.
He’s described as 5’4”, 120 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark pants.
