LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — One person is dead after a police shooting in Nye County, deputies say.
The Nye County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy was involved in a shooting Wednesday at 9:50 a.m. in Armagosa Valley, northwest of Las Vegas.
NCSO says an armed subject charged at police with a large knife and a deputy shot at them.
The person died at the scene, police say, and the deputy involved does not have injuries.
