Power restored after outage impacted nearly 2k NV Energy customers

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – According to NV Energy’s website, a power outage in the southwest valley Tuesday afternoon has cleared.

Around 4:30 p.m., FOX5 saw an NV Energy outage in the Blue Diamond and Durango area. About 1,902 customers wwere without power.

FOX5 reached out to NV Energy asking for the cause of the outage. As of 6:39 p.m. Tuesday, power appears to be restored.
