LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A propane tank explosion injured three people in downtown Las Vegas Friday evening, police say.
Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said the explosion happened near Bruce and Fremont streets just after 4:30 p.m. When officers arrived, they found three people with burn wounds.
Police said they have been transported to the hospital. Their injuries were deemed not life-threatening.
Arson investigators are at the scene, police say. At this time, police believe the incident was accidental, and there is no outstanding threat to the community.
