LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A CCSD employee admitted to a student relationship and she wishes to continue, an arrest report says.

FOX5 obtained an arrest report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. 20-year-old Jerusalem Roman Garcia is accused of sex crime against a minor.

Police visited Eldorado High School on Aug. 23. An anonymous student told police her ex-boyfriend was in a relationship with a teacher. The student was informed of the relationship by Garcia’s younger sister.

In an interview with the victim, he told police he met Garcia at a party back in May this year and they shared social media. Since then, the arrest report says they have been on about 11 dates over the course of three months.

The victim told police he would pick up Garcia at her place because she did not have a car. On the dates, he said they would “make out” or French kiss.

In the arrest report, police said they were able to confirm messages between the student and Garcia because her phone number is linked to her employee profile.

Police would interview Garcia next. Garcia admitted to having a “loving” relationship with the student.

The arrest report says Garcia did not have sex with the student because of his age and her job.

She told police she feared being caught, but she still wanted to pursue a relationship with him even after her arrest.

When Garcia completed her witness statement, police said they observed her messaging someone on Instagram. Police believe the messages discussed the incident and they were trying to “align stories.”

Garcia told police she was deleting Instagram messages too.

She is due for a status check in court at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 30.
