LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Home prices in Southern Nevada were just shy of an all-time record last month, according to new data from Las Vegas Realtors.
The median price for single-family homes during November was $480,000, up 6.7% from last year and just shy of the all-time record set in May 2022 of $482,000.
Condos and townhomes saw median prices of $301,250, down from last year’s record high of $315,000.
At the end of November, 5,570 homes and 1,856 townhomes and condos were listed for sale without any offer.
On the other hand, 2,123 homes, condos, and townhomes were sold, an increase from last year.
The report also notes that the sales pace equates to a housing supply of about three and a half months, up from last year.
LVR President Merri Perry said, “Increases in the number of homes available for sale and the number of properties being sold this year are good signs for our housing market heading into 2025.”
