LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Henderson police are conducting an extensive search for an missing 17-year-old girl Friday morning.
Henderson Police Department first responded to reports of the missing teen around 8:46 p.m. on Dec. 30 in the 1200 block of Grove Park. The teen has been identified as Jennaleah Reyes Hin, who was last seen near her home near Horizon Ridge Parkway around 7 p.m.
Authorities at the scene tell FOX5 that the girl was distraught and told her parents as she left, “You won’t have to worry about me anymore.”
She was also last seen wearing black cargo pants and a black hoodie.
So far, HPD says initial attempts to locate the teen have been unsuccessful. She has yet to be located, as of Friday morning.
Red Rock Search and Rescue, DEA, and multiple local law enforcement agencies are assisting in the search.
