LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Clark County Commission is set to discuss a proposed youth facility from the Shaquille O’neal foundation.
Last year, Shaq announced the plans for the facility for the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada.
The facility would also have the country’s first “communities in schools” alumni center.
The Commission will discuss rezoning and a use permit for the facility planned near Lamb and Lake Mead Boulevard.
That meeting is scheduled for Wednesday Feb. 19.
