LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Southern Nevada Health District says board members could withdraw all proposed regulations tied to new septic tank permit costs, following months of outcry from thousands of homeowners.

A special meeting has been scheduled for a vote on Wednesday, March 11. If the board approves the measure, current regulations will remain in place for thousands of homeowners.
