LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – FOX5 learned a young girl with special needs that inspired a Las Vegas foundation passed away.

In 2020, FOX5 shared the story of Ariana Rye. She had Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy.

Rye was not able to see or hear. She passed away at seven years old.

Her parents created the Ariana Rye Foundation. It raises funds for medical equipment for other children like her. Her parents own Nevada Brew Works in the Arts District. The “Aryana Rye” beer sponsors a different child every month.

Her family says Ariana’s mission will live on and keep helping other children.

Nevada Brew Works planned a butterfly release in her honor and is inviting the community to join.
