LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The 58th Annual Southern Nevada St. Patrick’s Day Festival returned to Water Street on Saturday.
Several events brought the luck of the Irish to those that attended the free, three-day event.
Plenty of Irish cheer was sprinkled across the live entertainment from amusement rides and games at the ‘Clover carnival’ to the ‘Shamrocks & Shenanigans’ Parade and a Classic Car show.
FOX5 and our Take 5 to Care partners joined the fun during the parade.
Dozens of attendees also shaved their head to help fight childhood cancer. All proceeds from the festival benefits the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, which funds childhood cancer research.
Organizers say this is one of the largest St. Patrick’s celebrations in Nevada.
