HENDERSON, Nev. (FOX5) – The Henderson Police Department identified the suspect accused of a shooting Friday night near Green Valley and Horizon Ridge parkways.

Police responded to The Gables Condominiums at 2291 West Horizon Ridge Parkway around 8:45 p.m. Police said they received reports of multiple gunshots heard and a “bloody male” laying on the ground near one of the buildings.

He has been identified as 45-year-old Joseph Ebner.

Investigation by police revealed that he had a “drug-induced” episode which led to him discharging numerous rounds of his firearms.

“There were no injuries reported however, property damage was found on nearby residences as a result of the shooting,” police said.

Ebner faces 112 counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, two counts of discharging a firearm where a person is endangered and one count of a prohibited person to own or possess a gun.

He has been booked into the Henderson Detention Center.

“As this is an active investigation, no further details will be released at this time,” police said.
