Suspect in custody after homes damaged by vehicle in southwest Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Police have made an arrest in connection with an incident that left homes in southwest Las Vegas damaged by a vehicle.

According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officials, the incident occurred just before 4 a.m. near the 5200 block of South Torrey Pines Drive in southwest Las Vegas.

A garage door was damaged and a suspect was arrested after a vehicle damaged homes in southwest Las Vegas, police said(KVVU)

Investigators said they are looking into the incident and that homes were damaged by a person in a vehicle.

Police said the suspect has been taken into custody, but advised that the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
